As a qualified financial manager, I am at the heart of the university's financial management process. My role is to apply the directives of central services while processing requests for expenses, materials, travel, conferences and other costs. I must ensure that expenditure complies with accounting rules and contracts. My work also includes rigorous control of requests and careful verification to ensure that funds are properly managed. As a financial manager, I contribute to the certification of the university's accounts and help direct requests efficiently.

Elodie Pico

Every morning, as assistant to the technical manager and electrician, I anticipate and prioritize interventions with my superiors. My work includes preventive and curative interventions, such as power failures, requiring constant responsiveness. Our technical department is made up of four people and we mainly use a maintenance ticket system to manage breakdowns and user disturbances Since 2018, I've also been collaborating on quotations and maintaining relations with the university's partner companies.

Pierre Garrigos

I'm a project manager in amU's major projects department, where I oversee construction and renovation projects for university buildings, in line with amU's strategy of low energy consumption and high environmental standards. I play a key role in coordinating and mobilizing the various stakeholders, ensuring that project schedules are kept to and that the public budgets allocated to real estate operations are properly managed.

Emilien Rousset

I'm a chemical engineer who began my career in the private sector before joining the university on a research contract. Since 2001, I've been working on analytical chemistry projects, particularly in the environmental and health fields. I enjoy the diversity of the projects, the scientific curiosity they arouse, and the training of the students.

Florence Chaspoul

I'm an expert in training indicators at amU, where I manage the pedagogical information system. My role is to extract and analyze data relating to training courses and student career paths, in response to internal and ministerial requests. I ensure that the information extracted is relevant to strategic decision-making, particularly with regard to university funding.

Françoise Valette

I chose this position because of its stability and its working hours, which give me a better work/life balance. I enjoy being in contact with students, helping them with their applications, and working as part of a close-knit team. Curious and motivated, I'm constantly learning to improve.

Julia Clement

I'm a Data Analyst at the University of Aix-Marseille (AMU). My role mainly involves working on a major project to set up a decision-making information system. This involves creating a website with dashboards to facilitate decision-making at different management levels. I'm responsible for collecting and processing data in various areas, such as finance, human resources and research. My work includes building data warehouses, developing indicators, and interacting with various internal and external players.
