Meredith Cardon
Before joining the university, I worked at the hospital as an administrative assistant in the emergency department and in the legal department. After four years in this position, I was looking for new opportunities as I didn't see any more possibilities for advancement. I worked briefly for the tax department before applying to the university, where I found a more stimulating and varied environment.
I was looking for a position with more stability and opportunities for development when I came across a job offer at the university. I had initially applied for the rectorate, but the HR department directed me to another offer at the university, and after a very sympathetic interview process, I joined the team in March 2023.
My areas of expertise include administrative management, coordination of projects such as Panorama, and logistical support for common student services. I'm versatile, able to work in pairs on financial, HR or organizational aspects, and I like to learn and evolve continuously in my role.
