Human resources

The human resources professions are central to the smooth running and development of the University. The Central Human Resources Department (DRH) and its RH Campus network provide comprehensive human resources management for the University. They implement HR policy by providing support to staff in the areas of recruitment, integration and professional development. The HR department plays a key role in the transformation of the establishment, supporting the career paths of academic and support staff, who are essential to training and research. Through the IDEAL network and the École de Développement des Talents project, the HR Department also offers training to identify future leaders. It drives a social agenda focused on career paths, quality of working life, and the inclusion of disabled people. Managing a budget of over 650 million euros, it ensures compliance with HR regulations. Finally, it contributes to the university's international reputation with the HRS4R label and the management of jobs linked to international projects.
