As a Student Affairs Manager, you will play a central role in the student experience, welcoming and guiding students, managing applications and school files, and organizing examinations. You will also be in charge of diploma follow-up, including results collection, issuing and authentication requests. The role requires in-depth knowledge of current regulations, and a high degree of availability, particularly during registration and examination periods, when your presence is essential to coordinate the various stages of these critical processes. The position requires strong administrative and managerial skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including students, teachers and administrative departments. You apply your knowledge of legislation and regulations to ensure compliance with standards and provide quality service. Your sense of public service, your active listening skills, and your animation and negotiation skills are all assets for this position.
As a Pedagogical Engineer, you will support teaching teams in the design and development of innovative learning systems, digital or otherwise. You provide key support in steering and managing pedagogical projects, while designing and implementing training initiatives for teachers. Your role also includes co-designing training programs, producing teaching resources, and supporting teachers in their reflective approach to their teaching practices. Your expertise enables you to transform ideas into concrete action, while promoting the adoption of new approaches to learning and teaching. You work closely with teams to identify needs, propose appropriate solutions, and support teachers in pedagogical innovation. Thanks to your skills, you will contribute to enriching students' learning experience and improving the quality of teaching at the university.
