The logistics professions at amU encompass a wide range of services essential to the smooth running of the institution. These services include cleaning, waste management, vehicle and telecommunications equipment maintenance, upkeep of outdoor and green spaces, reception and orientation, signage, removals, event organization, mail management, as well as the provision of furniture and various supplies. These activities are deployed across the university's 58 sites, covering 286 buildings managed by various components. The DEPIL (Direction de l'Exploitation du Patrimoine Immobilier et de la Logistique), at central level, plays a crucial role in designing, managing and implementing structuring public procurement contracts. This centralized approach enables us to respond effectively to the strategic challenges of corporate social responsibility (CSR), as well as to the university's regulatory requirements.

Logistics careers at university
As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out administrative and technical tasks in compliance with the rules and procedures of the Property Operations and Logistics functional areas. Your main tasks will be to manage a team of logistics operators (planning, replacements, etc.) in order to ensure the management of the vehicle fleet, mail and deliveries, the reception of visitors and events, and to manage various logistics operations such as room and amphitheater reservations, security and building maintenance. You will also write reports on incidents and make recommendations to ensure the smooth running of the site.
As a logistics operator, you will be in charge of the various tasks that contribute to the smooth running and safety of a site. You'll be responsible for reception, switchboard, mail and delivery management, logistics, prevention and safety, and the upkeep and cleanliness of the premises.
As logistics referent, you will be in charge of coordinating and applying the establishment's procedures. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the telephone fleet, as well as carrying out analyses relating to this sector of activity. Your tasks will include handling various telephony requests, updating procedures and monitoring tables, and updating statistical data on user consumption patterns. You will also take part in drafting the annual activity report for your sector.
This professional carries out preventive and corrective maintenance on university equipment and infrastructures, intervening on different types of technical systems (electricity, plumbing, heating, etc.) to guarantee their proper operation and the safety of users.
The workshop manager supervises a team of technicians and operators, and organizes maintenance and repair work on installations and equipment, while ensuring that resources are properly managed and that the work carried out complies with regulations.
The Campus Manager manages all logistical, technical, construction and maintenance services at one or more university sites, ensuring that they run smoothly and safely, and that students and staff are well looked after.
The receptionist is the first point of contact for users, informing, guiding and assisting students, teachers and visitors, while contributing to the logistical management of the reception area and the smooth running of events on campus.
The maintenance manager oversees all maintenance operations on university buildings, organizing teams, planning interventions and ensuring the durability of equipment, while guaranteeing compliance with safety and environmental standards.
